Nestled within a 2,400 acre country estate and surrounded by beautiful woodland, this property boasts all the benefits of the rural countryside and yet is prime location; approx. 30 minutes drive from central London with easy access from the M40 and just 2 miles from Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross where you will find a multitude of high end restaurants, independent shops and vibrant bars along with many exciting attractions for all the family.
Hillmotts is a countryside boutique farmhouse with luxury oak beams and a log burner to ensure the ultimate cosiness and English country charm. Whilst a large quintessential Farmhouse, we offer many small and personal touches for an unforgettable stay. The sizeable kitchen is contemporary with traditional features and is warm and welcoming, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and generous storage. The outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to relax and breathe in the fresh country air, whilst your dinner is being prepared by one of our private chefs. There is a utility room in addition to a well sized boot room with a large chest freezer, washing facilities and downstairs cloakroom. There is also a separate dining room with ambient lighting for a more formal setting.
Well behaved dogs are welcome subject to prior agreement.
Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Known for its beautiful countryside and historic houses, the county of Buckinghamshire has a wealth of things to see and do. For instance, The Chiltern Hills are ripe for explorative days out in Buckinghamshire, with miles of footpaths rambling through beech-wood forests and alongside momentous waterways such as the Thames and Grand Union Canal.
But it’s not all about being active; just as much fun can be had exploring the Chiltern Open Air Museum, while Waddesdon Manor is a must-see for lovers of fine art and architecture and gardens. For families, children will be enchanted by Bekonscot Model Village.
Beaconsfield has a thriving performing arts scene. It is home to the National Film and Television School and is regularly used as a filming location. There is also plenty to whet the appetite in Beaconsfield. Beaconsfield Old Town offers a wide range of restaurants, there are lots of traditional coaching inns now with modern menus, and food from around the globe.
